Minaev (nowadays he is one of rector deputies) is a gay and that, during his rectorship, gay usages were established in this university and gays were promoted to high levels of this organization for just being gays and \"lovers\" of V. Minaev and his colleagues. The article provides a curious copy of recorded \"gay-style\" conversation of the said Mr. Minaev with one of his \"lovers\".
