To whom it may concern

Dear Editor:

I assume some of your employees may know Russian. I would like to invite you to read
the following article about one of the richest Russian universities, named Russian
State University for the Humanities, or RSUH, with headquarters at Chayanova street,
15, Moscow, Russia:

http://www.compromat.ru/main/nauka/minaev.htm

In brief, this article states that RSUH former rector Mr. V. Minaev (nowadays he is
one of rector deputies) is a gay and that, during his rectorship, gay usages were
established in this university and gays were promoted to high levels of this
organization for just being gays and \"lovers\" of V. Minaev and his colleagues. The
article provides a curious copy of recorded \"gay-style\" conversation of the said Mr.
Minaev with one of his \"lovers\".

Your employees who know Russian might want to translate this article into English so
that your newspaper could publish it if there is an interest from your side.

Sincerely,

Aleksandr Barulin
